Ongoing through mid – August, 2015: Two lanes of eastbound traffic on Manning Drive between Hibbard and Paul Hardin Drives are being shifted. Two-way traffic is being maintained. Signs direct pedestrians to sidewalks on the northern shoulder of Manning Drive. The project is expected to be completed by the middle of August, 2015. Motorists and pedestrians should be cautious in this area. Please note that a speed limit of 15 mph through the construction area along Manning Drive is being strictly enforced.

Elevators no longer access the Level 5 and will only access Levels 1-4 on both ends of the building. Manning Drive access on the western end from the elevators will be from the 4th floor pedestrian bridge. Access to Paul Hardin Drive and Ram’s Village will remain the same on 3rd and 1st levels respectively. Level 5 is NOT accessible and the deck entrance from Manning Drive is closed to vehicles. There is internal access between levels 1, 2, 3, and 4.

The Manning Dr. eastbound bus stop at the Craige Deck been moved to the east of Paul Hardin Drive.

Overcrowding should not occur within the CD Zone, because the current year’s permit allocations took into account the spaces lost. Motorists and pedestrians should heed signs which may indicate changes to automotive and pedestrian traffic patterns throughout the project. The vertical expansion will provide four (4) additional levels with an additional 900 spaces by the project’s completion, tentatively scheduled for summer, 2015. The project will have a significant impact on vehicular and pedestrian traffic throughout phases of the construction.
