This lot accommodates UNC visitors and hourly parkers. Effective December 3, 2016, the Raleigh Road Visitor lot will offer payment for hourly parking through digital meter stations.

For visitors or hourly parkers without reservations through a department, the digital meter stations will allow payment for parking based on license plate entry. Please have plate number for entry into station when paying for spaces at the stations and follow the prompts. Overnight parking is not allowed in Raleigh Road Visitor lot.
Reservation Procedures
Departments that request reserved parking in the Raleigh Road Visit lot need to complete the online event form. Participants will be issued a prepaid event parking permit by the customer service attendant and directed to the appropriate parking spaces. When making reservations, it is important to specify the number of spaces required to allow proper processing of the event. All reservations must be submitted 3 business days prior to the actual event date. Any changes to the existing reservation must be submitted within 48 hours of the actual event. Upon exit, the guest will return the prepaid permit to the customer service attendant during lot enforcement hours.
