Customer Service Hours
Customer service windows in the Public Safety Building will close from 11:45 a.m. – 2:15 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2016. The office will resume normal hours after 2:15 p.m.
The office will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, December 23 – January 2, 2017 for winter break.
Hospitals Parking and Transportation Office
Normal business hours for UNC Hospitals parking office are Monday – Thursday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The office will be closed on Monday, December 26 and Monday, January 2.
Parking
The University will be closed December 26, 2016 – January 2, 2017. During the break, all non-reserved, on-campus parking spaces will be available (except for December 28 at 5 p.m. – see below). The Dogwood Deck remains reserved for patients and visitors only.
On December 28, basketball game day parking will begin at 5:00 p.m. Employees will need appropriate permits to use game day parking spaces. Employees without a valid parking permit will need to complete a request form and pick up a parking pass before December 23 at 3 p.m., when the office closes for break.
Point-to-Point (P2P) Operations
P2P Express will provide service until Saturday, December 17 at 4 a.m. Service will be suspended through January 6, and normal operations will resume on Saturday, January 7.
All other P2P services will be available through 6 p.m. on Friday, December 23, 2016 and will resume on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.
