Winter Break Schedules 2017

Customer Service Hours

Customer service windows in the Public Safety Building will close from 11:30 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, December 19, 2017.  The office will resume normal hours after 2:00 p.m. The office will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, December 22 – January 1, 2018 for winter break.

Hospital Parking and Transportation Office

The Hospital Parking and Transportation Office will be closed on Monday December 25, 2017 and Monday January 1, 2018.

Parking

The University will be closed December 25, 2017 – January 1, 2018.  During the break, all non-reserved, on-campus parking spaces will be available. The Dogwood Deck remains reserved for patients and visitors only.

Construction Impacts

Stadium Drive will be closed to through traffic December 18, 2017 – March 2018 due to construction. P2P Express and parking for events during that time will be impacted.

Event Parking

Parking for the basketball game on Saturday December 30, 2017 will follow normal Saturday Men’s Basketball parking rules. All vehicles must be removed from parking lots impacted by Men’s Basketball by 10:00 a.m. 

Point-to-Point (P2P) Operations

  • P2P Express & P2P Shuttle will provide service until Friday December 15, 2017. Service will be suspended December 16 through January 7, and normal operations will resume on Monday January 8, 2018.
  • PASS Cart service will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2017 and will resume on January 2, 2018.
  • All other P2P services will be available through 6 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2017 and resume on Tuesday, January 2, 2018.
