Customer Service Hours
- University Transportation and Parking (Public Safety Building)
- Dec. 20 – closed from 11:30 a.m. – 1:45 p.m. and will resume normal hours after 2:00 p.m.
- Dec. 21 – closed beginning at 3:00 p.m. and will remain closed through Jan. 1, 2019 for winter break.
- Hospital Parking and Transportation Office will be closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1, 2019.
Parking
- Parking Regulations: The University will be closed Dec. 24 – Jan. 1, 2019. During the break, all non-reserved, on-campus parking spaces will be available. The Dogwood Deck remains reserved for patients and visitors only.
- Construction: Surgical Tower Project will continue construction during Winter Break. Pedestrians and motorists should follow designated reroutes and remain alert to construction vehicles.
- Event Parking: Parking for the Men’s Basketball game on Dec. 29 will follow normal Saturday Men’s Basketball parking rules. All vehicles must be removed from parking lots impacted by Men’s Basketball by 10:00 a.m.

- P2P Express
- Dec. 10 through Dec. 14 – reduced service to run every 30 minutes
- Dec. 15 through Jan. 6, 2019 – service will be suspended
- Jan. 7, 2019 – regular service will resume
- P2P Shuttle
- Dec. 21 through Jan. 6, 2019 – service will be suspended
- Jan. 7, 2019 – regular service will resume
- PASS Cart
- Dec. 17 and Dec. 18 – reduced schedule 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. only (no transports after 4:50 p.m.)
- Dec. 19 and Dec. 20 – reduced schedule 7:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (no service 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., no transports after 4:50 p.m.)
- Dec. 21 through Jan. 1, 2019 – no service
- Jan. 2, 2019 – normal service resumes
- P2P OnDemand Services
- Dec. 21 – services will be suspended beginning at 5:00 p.m.
- Jan. 2, 2019 – services will resume normal operations at 5:00 a.m.
