Beginning Monday, Nov. 1, Country Club Road from Raleigh Street to Raleigh Road will be reduced to one-way westbound traffic due to a reconstruction and repaving project by the Town of Chapel Hill. The project is expected to last 10 to 14 days, depending on weather. Work hours for the project will be Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and flaggers will be on site to direct traffic.
Metered parking in this area will not be available during this project. Alternative hourly parking is available in the Raleigh Road Visitor Lot or the Rams Head Deck.
Please drive with caution and follow detour signs during this project. Sidewalks along Country Club Road will remain open, but pedestrians should remain alert to construction activity and changes in traffic patterns in this area.
