- Departmental Allocation: Provides current information for permits assigned, sold, and remaining to assign from department allotment.
- Employee With Any Active Permits: Includes employee parking assignments that are not from the department’s allotment. Example-Motorcycle, Park and Ride, Waitlist (Renewed this year only)
- Departmental Permits: Current state vehicle, service, and official visitor permits assigned to department.
Parking Assign/Cancel Form
Form allows Coordinators to assign and cancel department allocated employee permits and department permits (state vehicle, service, official visitor):
- Employee assign/cancel. Use one form per employee. If an employee needs a cancellation and an assignment, both actions are completed on one form.
