We apologize for the delay in launching the new parking management portal. The vendor continues to work on correcting the problem. In response, a revised timeline and process to assign/cancel parking permits is being implemented:

Revised Timeline

  • Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024 – Coordinators Login Available
  • Thursday, Aug. 8, 2024 – Letters to permit holders
  • Monday, Aug. 12, 2024 – Gates down

  1. Click the green button to access the Parking Coordinator Login:

  2. Departmental Allocation: Provides current information for permits assigned, sold, and remaining to assign from department allotment.

  3. Employee With Any Active Permits: Includes employee parking assignments that are not from the department’s allotment. Example-Motorcycle, Park and Ride, Waitlist (Renewed this year only)

  4. Departmental Permits: Current state vehicle, service, and official visitor permits assigned to department.

Parking Assign/Cancel Form

Form allows Coordinators to assign and cancel department allocated employee permits and department permits (state vehicle, service, official visitor):

  1. Employee assign/cancel. Use one form per employee. If an employee needs a cancellation and an assignment, both actions are completed on one form.
