Parking deck repairs will be completed in phases starting Dec. 18 through April 2024.

Manning Drive will close to through traffic between West Drive and New East Drive beginning at 5 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18 through 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 27.

A project to upgrade gate equipment and visitor access systems will impact parking deck access routes.

Construction of the Kenan-Flagler Business School’s new Steven D. Bell Hall will begin Thursday, March 23 and is expected to be completed in 2025.

The Orange Water and Sewer Authority (OWASA) will begin an emergency sewer line repair project along Raleigh Street beginning Monday, Feb. 27.
