First‐Year and Transfer Student Orientation
First-Year Student Parking
Parking is designated in the Rams Head Deck for the New Student Orientation program. New Student & Family Orientation provides parking permits via the confirmation email sent two weeks and two days prior to the student’s scheduled session. Bring the Orientation parking permit when coming to campus. In order to successfully complete the morning activities, it is recommended to plan for appropriate travel time to arrive no later than 9:30 a.m.

The Rams Head Deck is within walking distance to Carmichael Residence Hall. Surrender parking credential to booth attendant upon exit on last day of session.

Transfer Student Parking
Parking is designated in the Rams Head Deck for the Transfer Student Orientation program. New Student & Family Programs provides parking permits via the confirmation email sent two weeks prior to the student’s scheduled session. Bring the Orientation parking permit when coming to campus. Plan to arrive no later than 8:00 a.m. on the morning of Transfer Student Orientation.
