Transportation and Parking is repairing parking decks across campus. The work includes three phases of installation and restoration of traffic coating concrete and joint sealant. Drivers and pedestrians should remain alert to changes in traffic patterns and construction activities in these areas. Permit holders will continue to use their UNC One Card or mobile One Card for lot access.
Project Schedule
Project dates are projected and subject to change.
Repairs at McCauley Parking Deck are scheduled to begin on Dec. 18, with a completion date of March 1. During this time, one lane will be used for entry and exit.
Repairs at the Rams Head Parking Deck are scheduled to begin on March 11. The expected completion date is March 29. All construction during this time will be completed after 5 p.m.
Repairs at the School of Government Parking Deck on the lower and upper level are scheduled to begin March 25. The deck will be inaccessible during this project, and permit holders should park in the Cobb Parking Deck.
Repairs at the Craige Parking Deck are scheduled to begin on March 11. The expected completion date is March 24. During this time, levels 1 through 4 will only be accessible from level 1 and 3 entrances. Levels 6 through 9 will only be accessible from the level 5 entrance. The south side of level 4 will also be closed. 
Transportation and Parking is repairing stairs at the Skipper Bowles Lot beginning April 1.
