The Carolina Inn is performing an emergency tree removal on Oct. 19 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The eastbound lanes and sidewalk of West Cameron Avenue between Pittsboro St. and S. Columbia St. will be closed.

Construction of the UNC Hospitals Surgical Tower will begin Oct. 22. The new seven-story facility will offer modernized operating rooms, improved space for recovering patients, and more space for families and guests.

Beginning at 8:30 p.m. and going through 12:00 a.m. on October 13, the Baity Hill P2P Shuttle route will be detoured to accommodate football game egress traffic.

Limited Public parking will be available in the Rams Head Parking Deck beginning 3 p.m. Public Parking Lots officially open at 5 p.m. Parking is $10 and exact change is appreciated to facilitate traffic flow into the lots.
