The Commuter Alternative Program rewards faculty, staff and students who choose to take the bus, join a rideshare, ride a bike or walk to campus. Sustainable transportation options improve air quality, build community and reduce traffic congestion to make everyone’s commute better.

Tar Heel Bikes Program Ending May 31

Tar Heel Bikes, the campus bikeshare program, will end May 31. The University is in the process of selecting a new bikeshare provider and plans to announce a new service this fall.
