Department representatives manage and coordinate campus access for parking and transportation options to accommodate employees, patients/visitors and events.

Employee parking assignments are determined by departments which receive parking allotments based on the allocation formula. Each department is responsible for developing and publicizing the parking allocation criteria policy utilized for determining permit assignments for employees and managing the department-use permits.

Patient/visitor parking can be coordinated through departments including the option to validate or pre-pay for parking. Departments may request digital validation accounts to pay for parking.

Event parking planning is coordinated through the hosting department. Requests for event parking arrangements must be submitted in advance to ensure appropriate accommodations for campus guests.
